As an accomplished Senior Financial Executive with over twenty-five years of experience and expanded responsibilities in operating management of government and private contracting and specialty staffing contracting businesses, David has effectively managed the financial functions including accounting, tax, treasury, computer systems implementation, financial forecasting, bank and senior lender relationships, staff development and day to day operating responsibilities throughout the organizations.
