The biggest uncertainty in an actual crisis is people's reactions. The ability to control and deliver messages can significantly reduce the risk of loss and restore calm in a crisis situation.

Unlike traditional phone trees, which are not 100% effective and can take hours to execute, the Crisis Management Notification System (CMNS) allows you to instantly send the same message to all of your employees and can even help you communicate more effectively with your members during a crisis.

An authorized user simply inputs the message into the system once and that message can be distributed via phone, email and text message to the entire contact list.  And for CU Recover users, the CMNS is integrated so you can use your existing emergency contact list to ensure that employee information is up-to-date.

 “Total Reach” Package

•         Up to 2 emails, 2 SMS (text) messages, and 2 phone numbers per contact

•         1 minute voice messages

•         Unlimited sends


“Quick Reach” Package

•         Up to 2 emails and 2 SMS (text) messages per contact

•         6 sends per year with 6 free full-employee tests


Optional - Member Notifications

A member email communication module can be added to either solution and stores member emails for emergency use as a part of the CMNS.
