Ongoing Operations Guaranteed workspace is 100% dedicated to your organization. During installation, all of the setup work is completed and the workspace is put into maintenance mode. This preparation and dedication to a single organization enables employees to begin working within minutes of arriving at the Disaster Recovery Center.

The Ongoing Operations Guaranteed Workspace solution provides a state of the art facility for your back office processing needs. Each organization has access to work stations that are ready for use at a moment’s notice. Purchasing the workstations also provides access to workrooms with copiers, printers, fax machines, and other important office equipment. The following hardware and software are also included for each workspace:

  • 6x2 Cubical
  • Phone
  • Call Tree/ Call Center Support
  • Standby Phone Number
  • PC pre-configured with:
  • Credit Unions’ core system application(s)
  • Office 2003/2007
  • Windows 2000/XP/7
  • Anti-Virus
  • Internet Connectivity
  • Ethernet Connectivity
  • Lending Software
  • Dedicated secure storage room for custom supplies and equipment
  • Dedicated to the credit union and not included in the pool of basic turn-key space cubicles.


Basic Workspace
The Ongoing Operations Turn Key Basic Workspace solution is identical to the guaranteed solution above with several exceptions:

  • PC’s are pre-configured and hot (ready to go)
  • In a disaster turn-key basic workspaces are allocated on a first come, first served basis
  • Space is not dedicated specifically to one organization
